Lash length, weight, curl and overall design are selected with your natural lashes, preferences, lifestyle and maintenance expectations in mind.
Because lash appointments take time, your physical comfort matters too. Instead of reclining in a standard lash chair, you'll rest on Michelle's Oakworks PerformaLift treatment table with supportive positioning designed to help you feel comfortable throughout your service.
The table also features the SoVi system, which can incorporate gentle sound, vibration and warmth as part of a more immersive, relaxing appointment experience when appropriate and desired. SoVi is a comfort and wellness feature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Appointments are reserved one client at a time, allowing Michelle to work carefully without double-booking or rushing through your service.

Michelle currently offers classic and volume sets. Each set is custom mapped to your eyes, your natural lashes, your lifestyle and how much maintenance you prefer — lash extensions are customized rather than one-size-fits-all.

Returning-client full-set pricing is a loyalty rate offered to established lash clients. New and returning clients receive the same careful, customized full-set application.
Maintenance appointments keep your lashes looking full and fresh between full sets. Choose the length that fits where you are in your fill cycle. Fill timing depends on your natural lash shedding, your retention and your home care.
A two-, three- or four-week label does not automatically mean an appointment will qualify as a fill. If too little extension coverage remains, additional time or a new set may be needed.

Carefully selected premade or promade fans for a fuller, fluffier look that still feels lightweight, with density mapped to what your natural lashes can comfortably carry. Handmade fans may also be used when appropriate.
Style selection considers your natural lashes, the appearance you want, your lifestyle and how much maintenance you prefer. Length, curl and weight are chosen for suitability first — if a lighter option is the better choice for your lashes, Michelle will say so.
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup so the adhesive can bond properly.
Lash extensions are not risk-free and are not right for everyone. Appropriate weight and length selection, careful isolation, sensible maintenance intervals and consistent home care all matter in keeping your natural lashes comfortable.
A fill rebuilds an existing set. That only works when enough extensions remain to build on. If your natural lashes have shed heavily, if it has been longer than four weeks, or if very little coverage is left, your appointment may need additional time or a new full set instead.
Michelle will assess your lashes at your appointment and let you know what fits. Booking your fill on schedule is the simplest way to avoid needing a new set sooner than you planned.
